You can return any eligible product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products returned after 15 days but within 30 days will be refunded 70% of the order value, after a quality check.
All returned items will go through physical verification by our team. If any product is found damaged, used, or altered, it will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to you.
Please note, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product received was incorrect or defective. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the product passes inspection.
